Role Overview
This Compensation Analyst position supports the design and execution of compensation programs across regions. The role combines analytical work with program coordination, requiring close partnership with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve processes, support compensation cycles, and contribute to decision-making through data and market insights.
The position is available in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Carpinteria, Detroit, New York City, Omaha, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. The work arrangement is hybrid, with time split between home and an office based on team and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate large-scale compensation initiatives across the company.
- Create, organize, and maintain project plans and workflow documentation.
- Support compensation programs with data analysis and reporting.
- Assist with communication materials related to compensation initiatives.
- Work on special projects that require analytical investigation.
- Collaborate with the compensation team on projects and global programs.
- Identify process improvements using structured improvement methods and tools.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in compensation-related work.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management abilities are important, along with the capacity to work with people across all organizational levels, adapt quickly to new tools, manage time well, and stay productive in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is $71,000 to $115,000. Final compensation can vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location. The total package may also include an annual bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans.
