Job Overview
MID Construction Group is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to support its projects in Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who can keep construction timelines on track, coordinate with project teams, and help ensure delivery stays within budget and milestone targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and refine project schedules using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
- Track the critical path and take action when activities risk causing delays.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support on-time completion of key milestones.
- Review project progress regularly and adjust schedules whenever needed.
- Prepare detailed schedule updates and reports for management review.
- Study project data to improve schedule efficiency and overall performance.
- Perform risk assessments and suggest practical mitigation measures.
- Handle resource loading and leveling to support smooth project execution.
- Keep schedules aligned with project requirements, timelines, and budget limits.
- Partner with team members to apply schedule revisions and updates effectively.
Required Experience and Skills
The role calls for a minimum of 3 years of construction scheduling experience. Candidates should be comfortable using Primavera P6 or similar tools and bring strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. Prior exposure to US projects is also required.
