The role sits close to founders and entrepreneurs working on brands in health, wellness, beauty, and travel, with an emphasis on creating copy that drives measurable commercial results.

What You’ll Do

Create end-to-end performance content, with the main focus on long-form advertorials supported by the Meta ads that send traffic to them.
Develop articles that teach, engage, and move readers toward a purchase in a natural, non-pushy way.
Draft ad concepts, hooks, and primary copy for Meta campaigns, then hand them over to design and media buying teams.
Use AI tools to accelerate content production while ensuring the final writing still feels human and effective.
Independently test new marketing angles and also refine and optimize existing articles to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

A strong grasp of conversion psychology, including how to speak to desire, pain points, and buying motivation.
Solid experience writing for Meta ads, including attention-grabbing hooks, clear angles, and effective primary text.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice patterns, links, and the effect of small changes on outcomes.
Comfort making strategic calls from limited data by testing hypotheses and identifying what consistently works.
Broader understanding of Meta performance dynamics, including the relationship between hooks, creative, angles, audience intent, and performance signals.
Fast, adaptable working style with the ability to revise copy quickly based on feedback and data.
A portfolio, sample document, or other proof of copywriting ability.
Genuine interest in mastering conversion copywriting and growing with guidance and feedback.

Salary

The gross monthly pay is EUR 2,400 to EUR 3,000.

Location

The role is remote, with access to workspaces in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga. In Vilnius, the setup is 4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day. In Kaunas, onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangements may be available depending on the role.

Conversion Copywriter (Remote)
