- Prepare and cook full meals as well as single menu items.
- Check kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are maintained properly.
- Train other staff in food preparation, cooking methods, and safe food handling.
- Place orders for supplies and equipment.
- Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
