Role Overview
nTech Workforce is hiring a Corporate Recruiter for a 6-month W2 contract. The role is primarily remote, with preference for candidates located in Plantation, Florida who are able to work onsite if needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned openings across several business areas, including pipeline development, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate relationship management.
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to the business and guide stakeholders on hiring needs and decisions.
- Develop and maintain a professional network to monitor labor market movements, industry benchmarks, and competitive intelligence that can support future recruiting efforts.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to execute focused hiring strategies.
- Create sourcing approaches to identify strong campus talent for open roles while supporting diversity objectives.
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional diversity recruiting events.
- Deliver a strong candidate journey from application through onboarding, including timely updates, offer communication, and rejection notices.
- Lead post-interview debrief discussions with interviewers and business partners, share recommendations, and help influence offer outcomes to secure top candidates.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and data-quality standards in Greenhouse ATS.
- Keep team and individual trackers current and share regular, detailed updates with stakeholders and business partners.
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to build strong, consultative, and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including hiring managers and executives.
- Exposure to or experience working with underrepresented talent groups and partnering with diversity-focused organizations.
- Strong results orientation with excellent attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and time management.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth setting and operating with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as the web, social platforms, and professional networks.
Preferred Experience
Prior recruiting experience in veterinary or veterinary technician hiring is preferred.
Employment Terms
This is a W2 contract assignment for 6 months. The position is remote, though candidates based in Plantation, FL who can work onsite are preferred.
