Compensation and Work Schedule

The hourly pay range is $28 to $40, and there are more than 7 hours of overtime available each week. This is a stable, full-time onsite role with a consistent schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Core Duties

• Review customer drawings and translate them into practical manufacturing processes that meet specifications.
• Plan the workflow by selecting work centers and setting up both setup and run times.
• Identify material needs, estimate yields, and request pricing from suppliers when needed.
• Communicate with customers to resolve questions or clarify details during the quoting process.
• Coordinate with two other full-time estimators to support overall project delivery.
