This position is focused on the secure, accurate, and punctual pickup and delivery of parcels across assigned routes in Adelaide, South Australia. The role also requires careful order verification, scanning, and strong customer service while protecting package integrity.

Key duties

• Collect and deliver parcels safely while following assigned routes and meeting tight delivery schedules.
• Check and scan package contents during pickup and delivery to ensure the correct items are handled.
• Deliver courteous service to customers and make sure parcels remain properly secured.
• Immediately flag delivery problems, damaged items, or address discrepancies.
• Carry out other tasks as directed.

Education and experience

A secondary school education, or an equivalent qualification, is required. Applicants should also have at least one year of professional driving experience.

Licensing and capability requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following Australian licence classifications: a minimum C class car licence (AUK012) or a minimum Medium Rigid truck licence (AUK013).
