The role

As a Creative Designer, you will turn ideas into polished, brand-aligned visual work that resonates across digital, social and print channels. Working closely with content specialists and other stakeholders, you will translate briefs into strong creative solutions delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This role sits within Brand, Creative & Social (BCS), a centre of excellence that drives brand strategy, creative quality, content and social direction, governance and measurement while enabling delivery teams to execute marketing activity within brand rules.

What you'll do

  • Develop strong creative assets for out-of-home, digital, social and CRM campaigns, building flexible visual systems with excellent attention to craft.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and content teams to produce joined-up campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design and adapt basic motion and video elements that add movement and engagement to static concepts.
  • Maintain brand accuracy and deliver final artwork that is ready for production across all customer touchpoints.
  • Handle several briefs at once, applying channel best practices and working efficiently in a regulated environment.

What you need to bring

  • At least 7 years of experience in creative design, with a strong background in static work for integrated campaigns and customer communications.
  • A portfolio that shows high-quality work across out-of-home, digital display, social and CRM design.
  • Strong command of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy, with the ability to produce clear and impactful designs quickly.
  • Experience turning campaign ideas into scalable design systems across different formats and channels.
  • Confidence using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; After Effects and Premiere are secondary tools.
  • Practical knowledge of motion and video editing for simple supporting assets.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines in a complex or regulated setting.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deadlines and briefs while consistently producing high-quality output.
