Role overview
This is a senior creative production opportunity for a candidate based in Ireland, working with a partner company that will handle the application review and all follow-up steps. The role sits at the crossroads of performance marketing, brand storytelling, and scalable content creation, with a strong focus on building high-performing ad creatives for major paid channels such as Meta and Google.
You will work in a fast-moving mobile app environment, partnering with user acquisition, creative strategy, and design teams to turn performance data into strong visual concepts that support user growth and engagement. The position blends creative direction with operational discipline, making sure production systems stay efficient while creative quality remains high. You will also support and guide designers, improve workflows, and keep testing and refining creative output. This is a chance to shape performance-led creative work that can influence millions of users within an AI-supported marketing setup.
Key accountabilities
- Own the full creative production flow, starting from the brief and concept stage through to final delivery of static and video ad assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
- Set and steer creative direction together with UA managers, creative strategists, and AI-focused teams so that output supports performance targets and product messaging.
- Supervise and develop a team of motion and graphic designers, helping the group deliver large volumes of strong creative work in organized sprint-based cycles.
- Manage production workflows by coordinating briefs, feedback, deadlines, and quality checks across several campaigns running at the same time.
- Work closely with user acquisition teams to build, run, and evaluate creative testing plans, then use results such as ROAS and engagement data to shape future iterations.
- Improve creative operations continuously by expanding experimentation methods and refining workflows so the team can move quickly without losing quality.
- Support alignment across marketing, UA, and platform stakeholders by ensuring assets are adapted to channel-specific formats and audience expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in performance marketing, mobile apps, or rapidly scaling digital products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing creative teams, with a track record of increasing output while protecting both quality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of paid media environments, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, along with the formats, standards, and performance dynamics used on those platforms.
- Hands-on experience creating both video and static assets for user acquisition campaigns, ideally in repeatable and iterative production setups.
- Motion design experience or direct creative execution experience is highly desirable, especially when it comes to shaping ideas and guiding production.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to read performance metrics and turn them into practical creative improvements.
- Experience using AI tools and embedding them into creative workflows and production systems.
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in high-paced environments.
- Bonus exposure to creative strategy in fitness, wellness, or health-tech.
