Role overview
The Creative Strategist serves as the lead owner of client creative performance, handling strategy from start to finish for assigned accounts. This person shapes, maintains, and improves each client’s creative direction across the entire funnel, including acquisition at the top of the funnel and retention later in the journey. By turning growth targets, audience insights, and brand rules into strong creative concepts, briefs, and experimentation plans, the strategist supports the in-house design team in producing work that is both brand-aligned and built to drive results.
This role works closely with the Growth Strategist, the client, and the internal design team to make sure every idea is visually strong and performance-focused. The Creative Strategist acts as the client’s main creative consultant and the internal reference point for what gets made, why it is being made, and how success is evaluated.
