About the Company

Alba Foods is a business-to-business food distribution company serving the hospitality and FMCG industries. The company is expanding and is seeking a detail-focused professional who is customer-oriented to strengthen its client service operations.

Role Overview

In this position, you will act as the main liaison for clients, handling day-to-day communication, coordinating with internal teams, and making sure every customer interaction is managed with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions, requests, and complaints and follow each case through to closure.
  • Keep client information accurate and up to date in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate delivery status updates, sample requests, and post-service follow-ups.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction check-ins and support retention efforts.
  • Prepare customer service and CRM reports for management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in customer service, customer success, CRM administration, or account coordination. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a professional manner on phone and email. You should be highly organized, consistent with follow-up, and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Previous CRM system exposure is an advantage.

Experience in food distribution, hospitality supply, FMCG, or other B2B environments will be considered a plus.
