Customer Experience Consultant, Distribution

Role overview

Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd is hiring a permanent full-time Customer Experience Consultant for its Distribution team in Auckland. In this position, you will support customers across phone, web, and other channels while helping the team deliver a high standard of service.

The role is based at 68 Stonedon Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013.

What you will do

• Handle customer orders and prepare quotations while contributing to sales growth.
• Build solutions around customer needs and help match products or services to project requirements.
• Offer knowledgeable support and guidance to existing clients.
