Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and use those connections to support service contract renewals.
  • Work with the service operations team to shape and execute a shared customer relationship strategy.
  • Identify new business through value-added services and actively work on recovering lost accounts.
  • Draft Time & Material quotations and help grow backlog through this type of sale.
  • Support the commercial team from the early stages of negotiating new service contracts, amendments, and service quotations.
  • Respond to customer, sales, and operations queries related to contract matters.
  • Handle open technical case follow-up in coordination with the Technical Support team, ensuring timely updates and regular communication.
  • Monitor project bonuses and penalties, including variable bonus and liquidated damages.
  • Prepare monthly wind farm customer reports and upload them to the customer portal.
  • Make sure customers are invoiced on time and that billing plans are kept up to date in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with customers to secure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
