Role Overview
Porsche Financial Services Canada is seeking a Customer Operations Administrator to help deliver a polished customer experience across several service touchpoints. In this position, you will support customer service, lease-end administration, and collections activities, while ensuring each interaction is handled with care, speed, and accuracy.
The role is best suited to someone who enjoys a busy, team-oriented environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicates clearly and professionally.
Key Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with customers, dealers, and vendors in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Support the customer service function by helping maintain service standards and performance metrics.
- Process customer account records, documentation, and administrative requests accurately and within required timelines.
- Review shared inboxes regularly and complete assigned items efficiently.
- Assist with lease-end administration, including preparing and processing document requests.
- Support collections-related work by preparing and sending required documentation.
- Provide mailroom support and ensure confidential documents are managed and escalated correctly.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across different communication channels.
- Complete operational queues and mandatory training while following service expectations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings strong bilingual communication skills in Canadian French and English, along with experience in customer service, administration, or a call center setting. Familiarity with the automotive, banking, or insurance sectors is an asset.
You should be highly organized, able to manage time well, and comfortable working independently with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Work location: Toronto Head Office, 165 Yorkland Blvd. Unit 150, Toronto, ON M2J 4R2.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
- Travel requirement: None.
