Role overview
Fab Nation is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager in Gurugram to take ownership of customer communications and support relationship building across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Develop and strengthen trust-based connections with customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and support upselling opportunities.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing email communication with customers and the parent company.
- Track follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely responses and coordination.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,60,000 to INR 5,40,000.
