Role Summary
Lega-Nova Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its New York team. The role centers on client relationship handling and account support, serving as a primary contact for customers while helping strengthen retention and account growth. This is an in-person, customer-facing position and does not include call center or telemarketing duties.
Core Duties
- Act as the in-person representative for client brands and provide a consistently professional customer experience.
- Support existing customer accounts by maintaining satisfaction and encouraging retention.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers to promote long-term engagement.
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts through upgrades or additional services.
- Work with internal teams on client acquisition and ongoing account management initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations and feedback to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Comfort working in direct customer-facing environments is required.
- A professional, dependable, and goal-driven attitude is expected.
- You should be able to work both on your own and collaboratively within a team.
- Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Additional Information
