Role Overview
Teleperformance Global Business Private Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role in Kochi, Kalamassery. This position is suitable for candidates who can join right away and are comfortable handling customer conversations in a call-based support environment.

- Malayalam along with English.

Compensation
The take-home salary is in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 17,000 per month, depending on performance.
Work Schedule
- Work week includes 6 working days and 1 rotational weekly off.
- Shift duration is 9 hours in total, including an 8-hour work shift and a 1-hour break.
