The team is hiring a Data Analyst to transform raw product and agent data into actionable insights that influence product direction, agent improvements, and team priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Examine product, user, and agent performance data to identify patterns that support immediate decisions and broader strategy.
- Create clear, polished reports and dashboards that help product, engineering, and external stakeholders act on complex findings.
- Respond to data requests efficiently while turning ambiguous questions into structured analysis and easy-to-understand narratives.
- Partner with your manager and cross-functional teammates to improve how agent quality is defined, measured, and monitored over time.
Qualifications
Required:
- Suitable for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related technical area.
- Strong ability to communicate trends, insights, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid grasp of statistics, experimentation, and the basic principles behind AI and machine learning systems.
Preferred:
- Prior internship or project exposure in a data analyst, analytics, or research capacity within a tech or AI-oriented company.
- Demonstrated ability to extract practical, decision-ready insights from large, messy datasets.
- Comfort using SQL, Python or R, core data modeling concepts, and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

This role is based in Canada and is structured as a full-time onsite position.
