About the Company

Interparfums USA is part of the Interparfums group, established in 1982. The business creates, manufactures, and distributes prestige fragrances as the exclusive worldwide licensee for brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, David Beckham, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Nautica, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Ungaro. Its products are distributed in more than 120 countries through a broad global network.

Role Overview

The company is hiring a Demand Planning Manager to help steer enterprise-wide demand planning. This position is central to improving forecast quality and strengthening planning activities across inventory allocation, KPI reporting, SKU optimization, and broader process enhancement.

Work Arrangement

This role follows an in-office schedule from Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales and production forecasting for several brands and product lines, accounting for differences in demand volatility, distribution, and seasonality.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to assess promotions, activations, and distribution updates, then reflect those changes in forecast assumptions.
  • Manage inventory distribution across multiple warehouses and arrange stock transfers so customer demand is met according to shipment timing and location.
  • Own the twice-yearly SKU rationalization cycle, flag underperforming items, and recommend discontinuations to Marketing leadership and the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting on forecast accuracy and bias at the SKU and brand level, targeting 65–70% accuracy and within ±10% bias for each brand.
  • Develop production budget recommendations for monthly S&OP meetings with the CEO, using analysis and demand insights to support decisions.
  • Create forecasts for new product launches using historical comparable-item analysis, distribution assumptions, and input from Sales and Marketing, while also assessing cannibalization and halo effects.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Material Planning, Global Trade Marketing, and Global Marketing to keep brand direction and supply chain execution aligned.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related area is required. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in demand forecasting, data analysis, and inventory management. Background in Beauty, CPG, or Luxury is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong Excel expertise is essential, including advanced formulas, data modeling, and PivotTables. The role also calls for the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment with regular executive-level exposure, experience in retail replenishment across primary, wholesale, and ecommerce channels, and the communication skills needed to present complex information clearly to varied audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. The package also includes a bonus opportunity tied to individual and company performance, comprehensive healthcare and insurance benefits, paid time off covering vacation, personal, holiday, and sick leave, a 401(k) with company match, and free access to LinkedIn Learning for development support.

Additional Information

The company describes the culture as entrepreneurial, collaborative, and low-hierarchy, with strong visibility to C-suite leaders and an environment where employee input is valued. It also notes that the business is growing and has a solid financial track record.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Interparfums USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and provides fair employment opportunities in line with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
