Role overview

Revo Fitness is seeking a Designer to support the rollout of its brand across a growing national gym network. Reporting to the Design Manager, this position contributes to architectural, interior, graphic, and signage design work that helps create a strong and memorable member experience.

The role involves working on new club builds, refurbishment projects, and in-gym communication pieces. You will turn early ideas into practical, visually appealing, and brand-consistent environments while partnering with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers to keep delivery on track and aligned with commercial goals.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a detail-focused designer who wants to develop their career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing fitness businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create spatial, graphic, and signage design outcomes that reflect the Revo Fitness brand and improve the member journey.
• Produce precise drawings, technical documents, and full design packs covering architecture, interiors, and in-gym communications.
• Support projects from early concept stages through to construction, while keeping to schedules, budgets, and compliance standards.
• Partner with Project Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver aligned and effective design solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors so the intended design is preserved during execution.
• Take part in design reviews, uphold documentation quality, and help refine Revo’s design tools, systems, and processes over time.

Requirements

• Formal tertiary study in Architecture, Interior Design, or another closely related design field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or a multidisciplinary design position.
• A strong portfolio showing capability in spatial and graphic design, ideally across commercial, hospitality, or retail settings.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Solid understanding of building compliance requirements, including BCA and NCC standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
