Role Overview

Flik Hospitality Group is looking to bring on a full-time dishwasher right away. This position is based at Capital One LAS, 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Applications are accepted online only.

Schedule

This is a full-time role. Workdays and hours can change depending on business requirements, and more specifics will be shared during the interview.

Compensation

The pay for this opening is between $18.00 and $18.50 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Keep dishes, cookware, trays, utensils, kitchen spaces, and related equipment clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Remove food residue from dishes and either wash items manually or load them into the dishwasher system based on the equipment in use.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays according to the assigned process.
• Restore silverware and other silver items using the required polishing equipment and methods.
• Follow all safety rules and sanitation standards while working.
• Monitor temperatures and chemical concentrations according to the established guidelines.
• Maintain a tidy dish area that meets safety expectations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to support sanitation compliance.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Collect trash, place it in the proper containers, and clean garbage cans as needed.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

Experience Needed

Previous experience is preferred.

Scheduling is driven by business needs, and the specific shift pattern will be confirmed during the interview. Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
