Warehouse Location

The warehouse is currently based in Kenmore and is scheduled to relocate to Eagle Farm during the year.

Key Duties

• Pick, pack, wrap, box, and prepare parcels and pallets for dispatch.
• Manage returns, connect hardware, and complete related admin tasks using warehouse health and safety systems.
• Replenish stock, rotate inventory, and monitor stock levels.
• Carry out stocktakes and maintain organised inventory records.
• Support day-to-day warehouse organisation and upkeep.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders in an efficient manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• A forklift licence is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Comfort using basic computer systems.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Background in handling inbound and outbound goods.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in the telecommunications industry.
• Ability to work effectively with people from varied backgrounds.
• Capability to solve problems and communicate clearly.
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• A helpful attitude, strong ethics, and a mature, friendly approach to work.
