Overview
Aussie Broadband is seeking a hands-on Dispatch & Returns Clerk to support warehouse operations in Brisbane. This position suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, stays organised under pressure, and works well with others to keep products moving efficiently to customers.

Warehouse Location
The warehouse is currently based in Kenmore and is scheduled to relocate to Eagle Farm during the year.
Key Duties
- Pick, pack, wrap, box, and prepare parcels and pallets for dispatch.
- Manage returns, connect hardware, and complete related admin tasks using warehouse health and safety systems.
- Replenish stock, rotate inventory, and monitor stock levels.
- Carry out stocktakes and maintain organised inventory records.
- Support day-to-day warehouse organisation and upkeep.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders in an efficient manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- A forklift licence is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Comfort using basic computer systems.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Background in handling inbound and outbound goods.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to work effectively with people from varied backgrounds.
- Capability to solve problems and communicate clearly.
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- A helpful attitude, strong ethics, and a mature, friendly approach to work.
