Role Overview
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a full-time Valet Attendant (Dry Cleaner) to support its Laundry & Valet team. This position focuses on maintaining employee uniforms and providing careful dry cleaning services for guest garments and other requested items.
What You Will Do
- Handle the pressing and dry cleaning of guest clothing, employee clothing, and other items requested through the hotel.
- Support the Folder function by pressing, ironing, and folding linens so they are ready for hotel use.
- Understand garment sizes and classifications used in dry cleaning.
- Operate pressing equipment and related laundry machinery safely and effectively.
- Pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders and communicate with guests about their requests.
What You Will Bring
This position requires excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Candidates must be able to operate dry cleaning and pressing equipment to meet Four Seasons standards.
Because the job involves guest interaction, strong verbal communication skills and a good command of English are necessary. Comfort working around industrial wash and dry machines, the ability to learn their operation, and safe use of cleaning chemicals are also required.
The work is physically demanding and requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Repetitive movements are a regular part of the role.
Additional Skills & Experience Preferred
- 1 to 2 years of prior dry cleaning experience in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage for career growth.

Schedule & Hours
The ideal candidate should have an open schedule and be available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation
