About the Role

This position is focused on maintaining cabin and aircraft appearance standards at the highest level to support an excellent passenger experience. You will coordinate maintenance activity across Boeing 787 GEnx, A321, and other fleet types, making sure both planned and unplanned work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and company requirements.

As the lead for this area, you will guide technicians, monitor serviceability, reduce aircraft downtime, and help improve operational performance across the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of technicians working on Riyadh Air aircraft, ensuring tasks are completed safely and in accordance with operating procedures. You will inspect and sign off scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, correct defects promptly, and complete all assigned work on time to support aircraft reliability and on-time departure performance.

The role also includes maintaining accurate technical logbooks, maintenance records, job cards, work packages, and zonal handovers within required timelines. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment, while ensuring all compliance-related activity follows authority regulations and internal procedures.

In addition, you will support a just culture by reporting safety incidents and occurrences through the Safety Management System, escalate technical concerns to the Cabin Line Maintenance Manager, and assist in daily operations while stepping in for the manager when needed. You will also contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives, and help train and coach new team members so they can carry out maintenance tasks safely and effectively.

Requirements

A diploma in aviation management, engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with a valid GACA A/P, FAA A/P, EASA B1, or another relevant aircraft maintenance license. You should have at least 6 years of experience in a cabin line maintenance setting, including a minimum of 3 years working on Boeing B787 GEnx or A321 aircraft. A Boeing 787 GEnx Type Rating Level II/III or Airbus 321 type rating is also required.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting ability, excellent attention to detail, and the judgment needed to inspect and certify maintenance work. Strong analytical thinking, project management capability, interpersonal skills, and the ability to supervise and develop technical teams are important for success in this role.

Additional value will be given to candidates with experience in continuous improvement and lean practices, the flexibility to work away from Riyadh when operationally required, and the ability to obtain the necessary police security clearance.
