Role overview

This position is for an Engineering Manager to lead technical teams in designing and delivering dependable engineering solutions, systems, and projects that support the organization’s goals. What you will do

• Lead engineering teams and coordinate the delivery of technical work across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or another closely related discipline. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are important, along with careful attention to detail.

Applicants should bring solid knowledge of engineering principles, system design, project delivery, and technical operations. Experience with engineering tools, software systems, technical documentation, and project management platforms is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities are also needed, including the skill to explain technical ideas in business terms.

Good organization, sound decision-making, and the ability to manage teams, projects, and multiple priorities at the same time are essential. Familiarity with quality assurance, risk management, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methods will be a strong advantage.
