Role overview
Bisnow is hiring an early-career sales professional to join its Commercial Real Estate Advertising and Event Sales team. In this sponsorship-focused role, you will support clients across the commercial real estate sector by helping them market their brands through Bisnow’s media platform and live networking events. The position offers a defined growth track toward Business Manager, along with a strong internal promotion culture.
Work model and location
This role follows a hybrid schedule: three to four days per week in the office and one to two days working from home. The Chicago office is located at 24 East Washington St.

What you will do
As a Business Development Representative, you will receive training on the full range of products and solutions sold to the commercial real estate market. You will then work alongside the sales team to create meetings, proposals, and contracts for clients. The role includes a mix of training, client meetings, event attendance, and relationship-building, with the longer-term objective of progressing into a Business Manager position and eventually managing your own portfolio of business.
