Entry Level Events Assistant

Position Summary

Pacific Horizons Collective Corporation is looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to help run live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities across Los Angeles.

The position centers on coordinating event logistics, assisting with setup and wrap-up, and supporting direct interactions with customers at promotional sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and teardown of event spaces.
• Help keep promotional booths organized and presentable.
• Interact with attendees during live events in a friendly, professional manner.
• Share basic details about products and services.
• Hand out flyers, brochures, and other informational materials.
• Assist with customer onboarding activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. The role calls for clear communication, comfort in public-facing environments, dependability, punctuality, and a cooperative, team-focused approach.
