The company is hiring energetic bartending team members to support its events function. The role covers a wide mix of occasions, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. Most of these events take place on weekends, so flexibility for weekend work is especially important.

What the Role Involves

• Support bar service across a range of live events.
• Create a welcoming and polished guest experience from arrival through to the end of the event.
• Work closely with the team to deliver smooth, professional service.
• Help maintain a high standard of presentation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Represent the company in a positive, trustworthy, and guest-focused way.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or events setting is required; exposure to fine dining is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• A friendly, warm manner and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to create an inviting atmosphere.
• The ability to ensure each guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach with both guests and colleagues.
• A strong interest in excellent service, particularly in event-based environments.
• Availability and flexibility to work varied hours depending on event schedules, especially at weekends.
• An authentic, innovative, empathetic, detail-driven, and integrity-led approach to work.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build trust while upholding the brand.
