Role overview
This in-office Executive Assistant position is based in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA and offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000. The role centers on delivering high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, helping keep priorities organized, communications polished, and daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted support resource for the CEO by handling a broad set of time-sensitive administrative and operational needs.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
- Coordinate workplace logistics with building management, such as conference room reservations, security access badges, and parking arrangements.
- Arrange conference attendance and sponsorships, including travel planning for company participants.
- Plan and book CEO travel, negotiate favorable hotel pricing, and look for cost-efficient options.
- Prepare, review, and submit the CEO’s expense reports.
- Collect, reconcile, and organize receipts tied to corporate credit cards.
- Assist Human Resources and legal workflows by preparing NDAs, independent contractor agreements, and related documents.
- Help manage office operations and relationships with office vendors.
- Handle personal errands and day-to-day tasks for the CEO as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters involving leadership, employees, and company operations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and leadership directives.
- Take on additional duties in support of executive leadership and business priorities.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting executives or operations in a professional services environment; exposure to asset management is an advantage. Strong command of Microsoft Office is required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, format, and manage documents, spreadsheets, calendars, and presentations independently. The role also requires solid Excel skills for sorting, organizing, filtering, and working with data, though advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP are not necessary.
Applicants should be able to draft, proofread, and send polished business correspondence, coordinate travel across flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal form. Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage several deadlines at once are essential. The role calls for discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, cross-functional collaboration with executives, marketing, HR, and operations teams, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving executive environment while anticipating needs.
