Role overview
Veridity is hiring an Executive Assistant to work closely with the executive leadership team during a period of growth. This position is more involved than a standard administrative job: you will sit at the core of a fast-moving organization, supporting the CEO and other senior leaders with scheduling, communication, coordination, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, stays one step ahead of needs, communicates with clarity, and is comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. You will play an important connecting role, helping keep leadership aligned, prepared, and moving in sync.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars, travel arrangements, and day-to-day communications.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, off-site sessions, board preparation, and major internal events, including agendas, logistics, briefing documents, and tracking action items afterward.
- Maintain ownership of follow-up items from leadership discussions and make sure commitments are completed across the executive team.
- Act as a main communication bridge between executives, internal employees, and outside partners.
- Support the leadership team’s operating cadence, including recurring meetings, cross-functional deliverables, and important deadlines.
- Handle expense submissions and other administrative work for several leaders with speed and accuracy.
- Assist with special initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by executive leadership.
Candidate profile
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders or an executive team, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, or entrepreneurial setting.
- Excellent organizational ability with the capacity to juggle competing demands across several leaders without losing track of details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the professionalism to represent leadership well in every interaction.
- Self-starting and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take action independently.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and adjusting quickly as priorities change.
- Skilled at building trust and positive relationships with executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and widely used task or project management tools.
- Background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services is helpful but not mandatory.
