Overview

Camino Partners Ltd is hiring an Executive Assistant for its Central London office. The role sits within a fast-scaling boutique advisory and executive search business established in 2021, focused on executive search and interim leadership solutions for private equity-backed companies. Alongside search and interim work, the firm also supports clients with advisory projects spanning transformation and finance.

The company works primarily with mid- to large-cap private equity investors and supports leadership hiring across technology, product, data, AI, and value creation mandates. Headquartered in Central London, the business has expanded steadily in both headcount and net fee income, with a team largely made up of experienced consultants. It is pursuing ambitious growth targets, including revenue doubling, international expansion into markets such as the US, and continued hiring growth. The environment is professional, collaborative, fast-moving, and ownership-driven.

This is a high-impact Executive Assistant position designed for someone who can be a true partner to senior leaders rather than a purely reactive administrative support. The successful candidate will help senior stakeholders stay organised, prioritise effectively, and move quickly on business-critical work. The position also offers exposure to leadership decisions, client activity, and strategic initiatives, with room to broaden the scope over time depending on capability and contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage demanding diaries and inboxes in a proactive and organised manner.
  • Arrange and coordinate senior-level interviews for clients and candidates, including meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for priorities so leadership time is used effectively.
  • Deliver polished administrative support to senior leaders whenever needed.
  • Take an anticipatory approach to day-to-day support and business needs.
  • Support outreach activity, candidate communication, and relationship management.
  • Create, format, and refine pitch decks, proposals, candidate summaries, and briefing documents.
  • Help with internal projects and ad hoc tasks tied to business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
  • Carry out research and gather insights using external intelligence and data tools.
  • Adopt AI tools to improve efficiency in candidate summaries, proposal and pitch creation, and internal documentation/workflows.
  • Coordinate client meetings, lunches, and internal events.
  • Contribute as a positive, professional presence within a small, close-knit office.

Benefits and Working Pattern

  • Competitive salary, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Pension plan.
  • Private healthcare cover.
  • Gym membership.
  • Office-based attendance required four days per week in Central London.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.

Experience Preference

Candidates with more than 18 months of Executive Assistant experience will be given priority.
