Role Overview
An established organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leaders. This contract position runs for 6 months and may be extended, with a monthly salary in the AED 16,000 to 18,000 range.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars, meeting schedules, and travel planning.
- Draft and format reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Liaise with both internal teams and external partners to keep workflows moving smoothly.
- Process expense claims, assist with procurement, and support general administrative work.
- Keep records up to date and help manage routine office operations.
Experience and Skills Needed
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
