About the Role
Uniphos International Limited (UIL), a prominent international trading company established in 1992 with divisions in Chemicals, Engineering, and Agro products, is seeking an Executive - Exports for its Engineering Division. This is an urgent requirement for a seasoned professional.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the international marketing efforts for various engineering items and commodities.
- Generate new business leads through diverse channels.
- Manage and execute export and import operations for engineering products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Engineering Division's export business.
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export and import, specifically with engineering products.
- Proven experience in international marketing of engineering items and goods.
- Experience in a merchant trading firm is essential.
- Familiarity with lead generation through various international platforms and organizations.
- Experience working in an international trading organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of third-country exports is a plus.
- Experience in both trading and manufacturer exporter companies is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Knowledge of foreign languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese for commercial use is a significant advantage.
- The role requires a strong understanding of international marketing strategies for engineering products.
- Candidates should be adept at utilizing resources like Exim Bank, Chambers of Commerce, Promotional Councils, Indian High Commissions, Foreign Embassies, B2B sites, and International Exhibitions for lead generation.
