Facilities Supervisor

Overview

Sodexo is hiring a Facilities Supervisor for a client site in Albany, Georgia, at P&G (69150031). This is a full-time, on-site position with varying shifts and days/hours; open availability is preferred, and the exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys coordinating people and tasks in a facilities setting and helping keep operations running smoothly across a client location.

Pay

The role pays between $20 and $21 per hour.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise on-site activities under management direction within facilities operations or services.
• Support coordination of work for teams of roughly 3 to 10 employees during normal business operations.
• Work in larger or complex facilities across settings such as commercial sites, healthcare, schools, universities, or similar environments.
• Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Take on other duties as needed based on account requirements and business needs.

What You Need

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
