Role Overview
This position focuses on managing soft services across a corporate workplace environment. The role is centered on maintaining cleanliness, coordinating support vendors, and ensuring day-to-day facility services run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping operations and keep office areas clean and well-maintained.
- Manage pantry operations along with stock for routine consumables.
- Coordinate with external service providers such as cleaning and pest control vendors, and track their performance.
- Make sure hygiene, safety, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.
- Plan and monitor waste disposal activities and pest control schedules.
- Provide support for meeting rooms and office events as needed.
- Respond to employee service requests and coordinate timely resolution.
- Keep simple reports and service logs up to date.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be a graduate from any discipline and have 3 to 8 years of experience in facility or soft services within a corporate setup. The role calls for practical exposure to vendor handling, housekeeping oversight, hygiene standards, and consumables tracking, along with strong coordination and communication abilities.

Work location is Gurgaon/Noida.
