Role Overview
As a Fleet Operations Driver, you will play a practical, field-based role in keeping the city’s e-scooter fleet available, well distributed, safe, and easy to use. This position involves shift work and requires someone who is comfortable working hands-on in the field, supporting both city operations and warehouse needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vans to move e-scooters around the city and swap batteries where needed.
- Place scooters neatly so that roads and sidewalks stay clear and orderly.
- Track down misplaced scooters, inspect their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or put them back into service.
- Carry out simple repairs on-site to improve fleet availability.
- Support the warehouse operations team whenever extra help is required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on driver with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day challenges. You should know the local area well, drive safely and securely, and be comfortable working with smartphones and basic mechanical tools. Previous professional driving experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a valid EU category B driving licence and be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Strong local language ability is required.
