About the Company
nsave is a fintech business based in London. Its mission is to help protect and grow the wealth of people who are financially excluded. The company offers secure USD accounts, international payments, and investment access for individuals living in economies affected by high inflation and unstable banking systems. Its compliance-first approach and proprietary technology are designed to deliver these services safely and at scale.
To date, the company has secured $22M in funding from investors such as Sequoia Capital, TQ Ventures, Y Combinator, and SV Angel. The team has expanded by 200% over the past year, and the company is continuing to grow rapidly.

Responsibilities

- Spot opportunities for growth across markets, partnerships, products, and internal efficiency, then build the business case for moving forward.
- Create, improve, and refine internal workflows and tools that help the company scale efficiently.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Compliance teams to push forward cross-functional projects.
- Develop board packs, investor updates, and strategic presentations that support the company’s overall direction and story.
- Act as a multiplier for the founding team by stepping into the area where the most valuable work is needed.
Requirements
- Strong academic performance, preferably with a background in a quantitative, engineering, or analytical field.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort working through ambiguous challenges to reach clear outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently with limited guidance.
- Experience in fintech, startups, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growing startup is preferred.
Values
- Service - Mission First: The mission, customers, and team come before individual interests.
