Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors courteously and ensure they are directed appropriately.
- Field incoming calls and transfer them to the right team or department.
- Handle reception desk activities, including answering queries and arranging appointments.
- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy, orderly, and professional in appearance.
- Accept incoming mail and deliveries, then organize and route them as needed.
- Support routine administrative work such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
