Your Impact

As a foundational member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in realizing our vision of making storefronts agentic for deeply personal customer journeys. We are seeking skilled engineers who prioritize robust engineering over superficial solutions. We are constructing an AI-native platform designed for intuitive digital interactions that mirror expert human conversations. This involves engineering a sophisticated multi-agent system, not merely integrating existing APIs, to guide users with authentic product knowledge.

Your Tasks

• Shape all frontend products, including the AI Shop Agent, Shopping Quiz, Configurator, and an advanced Admin Portal with deep analytics, used daily by thousands.
• Implement complex React animations and optimize them for ultra-smooth and fast performance.
• Make pragmatic technical decisions regarding tools and scalability, balancing development speed with high quality, and taking full ownership from design to production.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that promotes team understanding, prioritizing clarity over unnecessary complexity.
• Ensure feature robustness through comprehensive testing, primarily using Cypress, adhering to the principle of accountability and clear communication.

Your Profile

• Expertise in TypeScript and React.js, with a proven ability to build scalable, interactive web applications.
