Role overview
This position is responsible for shaping and executing the business growth agenda for Singapore. The role combines strategy, market insight, go-to-market planning, sales performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support growth across smartphones and ecosystem products.
Key responsibilities
- Build the business growth strategy and the implementation roadmap for Singapore to support future expansion.
- Develop a strong understanding of the local market, customer behavior, industry movements, product competition, and the needs of key clients for smartphones and ecosystem products.
- Own the marketing plan and work with the marketing team to drive promotion effectiveness and support sales target achievement.
- Collaborate with the GTM team to define the overall go-to-market approach, including pricing, product positioning, promotions, and channel strategy.
- Track sell-through and sell-out performance across wholesalers and retailers to stay on course for monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Monitor market shifts, customer demand, and competitive activity to guide future strategy adjustments and product development.
- Act as a connector between internal and external stakeholders to improve product performance and business outcomes.
Required background and capabilities
- Solid knowledge of product management, marketing, and sales, with the ability to turn business insights into practical sales strategies and best practices.
- Ability to understand company direction and convert it into execution that consistently delivers results and supports business objectives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with key stakeholders to solve issues and achieve business goals.
- Strong commercial thinking and market awareness, including the ability to spot opportunities, interpret customer and market signals, and support long-term growth.

This role is based in Singapore and focuses on full-time, on-site business development leadership.
