Role Overview
This senior product leadership position is responsible for setting the direction of the product function, steering the roadmap, and guiding the product management team. The role plays a central part in advancing the next generation of platform and data offerings while partnering closely with engineering, technology, and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the long-term direction for the product portfolio and turn it into an actionable plan.
- Coach, guide, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Shape and prioritize the roadmap using customer insight and market demand.
- Manage the entire product journey, including ideation, launch, evolution, and end-of-life decisions.
- Support modernization of the platform, including scalability, APIs, and cloud-first capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, and Marketing.
- Build relationships with enterprise clients and external industry partners.
- Measure product success through performance indicators and business results.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market commercialization decisions.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in product management.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Director, Head of Product, or General Manager.
- Background in SaaS, PaaS, Big Data, Analytics, Cybersecurity, or enterprise software products.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, APIs, and data-led products.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing sizeable product teams and complex roadmaps.
- Solid commercial judgment and understanding of business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience moving products from legacy software models to SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise software and analytics product environments.
