Role Overview

FACE FOUNDRIÉ West Midtown is hiring a revenue-focused, motivated, and leadership-oriented Sales Manager to support the growth of the location. This role is a salaried position and includes bonus incentives linked to monthly store revenue performance.

The Sales Manager will partner with store leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly, strengthen sales results, coach team members, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The right candidate will thrive in a busy beauty or service environment and bring a strong focus on client retention, team leadership, and goal achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help achieve monthly store revenue targets through strong execution in sales, memberships, rebooking, upgrades, enhancements, retail, and client retention.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.
  • Coach, encourage, and support team members in building a positive culture centered on performance and accountability.
  • Support the front bar and esthetician teams in maintaining client experience standards, rebooking, memberships, and sales performance.
  • Assist with routine store operations, including scheduling support, client issue handling, and internal team communication.
  • Help maintain brand standards, service quality, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence.
  • Track performance patterns and identify ways to improve revenue and strengthen client retention.

Qualifications

  • An active Georgia Esthetician License is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in salon, spa, beauty, med spa, or retail management is preferred.

  • Previous experience coaching, training, or leading a team is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of client service, customer experience, and retention is important.
