Role overview

The team is expanding at the company headquarters in Gelsenkirchen and is looking for a Google Ads Manager to work from home. The position includes occasional on-site presence at the Gelsenkirchen office.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social advertising accounts.
• Review campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Prepare regular campaign analyses and implement improvements, including actions based on search term and query reports.
• Run A/B tests for ad copy, ad extensions, and landing pages.
• Create and continuously optimize YouTube, Meta, and TikTok campaigns.
• Develop and refine marketing campaigns over time.
• Monitor and review advertising budgets.

What you should bring

• Solid professional experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEA.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• A degree with a business background or a comparable qualification.
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person days at the company headquarters in Gelsenkirchen.
• Strong commitment to quality and a dependable working style.
• Very strong German written and spoken communication skills at C2 level, and residence in Germany.
• Initiative, commitment, and strong organizational ability.
• Enthusiasm for digital trends.
