About the Company
Belkin is a global technology brand focused on helping people get more from every day through products and solutions across power, protection, connectivity, audio, and smart home categories. Built on a design-led mindset and close attention to detail, the company has grown from a small Southern California garage startup in the 1980s into a long-standing market leader with more than four decades of innovation.
Role Overview
Belkin is looking for a highly imaginative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print production and retail/experiential execution. This position will help define the brand’s visual presence inside stores by creating polished, on-brand graphics for physical environments, display systems, and printed assets. You will work closely with marketing, retail, and production teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that improve the in-store customer journey. Digital design exposure is beneficial, as the role may also involve supporting related digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create production-ready artwork for packaging, brochures, point-of-sale materials, signage, and other promotional print pieces.
- Develop large-format graphics, store-window visuals, and environmental branding elements that strengthen the retail experience.
- Partner with channel marketing teams on store activations, pop-up concepts, and immersive retail installations.
- Keep visual work aligned with brand standards while exploring fresh, innovative creative directions.
- Prepare print instructions and coordinate with external suppliers, print vendors, and fabricators to support accurate output, quality checks, and on-time delivery.
- Build mock-ups, prototypes, and design proof materials for internal review and approval.
- Monitor trends in graphic design, retail spaces, and experiential marketing and apply relevant ideas to improve store presentations.
- Support digital creative work for web, social media, and digital signage where needed.
- Balance several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Follow Belkin’s affirmative action expectations and make good-faith efforts toward related goals and timelines.
- Comply with Belkin health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in print production and retail or experiential work.
- A strong portfolio showing environmental graphics, in-store display work, or experiential campaign design.
- Advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exposure to 3D design software such as SketchUp or AutoCAD is considered an advantage.
- Experience creating digital assets for web, social media, or digital signage is highly desirable.
- Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to handle vendor coordination and oversee production quality.
- Comfort working under competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to interact positively with colleagues at all levels, as well as customers, prospects, and vendors.
- Direct experience preparing print-ready files and working with a variety of print materials and production methods.
Compensation and Benefits
- Permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive salary with benefits and a bonus plan.
- Flexible hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office.
- Optional health insurance and dental insurance.
- Life assurance and income protection cover.
- Pension scheme.
- Employee Assistance Programme.
- 25 days of holiday, increasing to 30 days after 5 years, plus Bank Holidays.
- Birthday day off.
- Belkin employee discount programme on products.
Location
Based in Kings Langley, UK; from July, the location changes to Hemel Hempstead.
