Guest Experience Expert (Guest Relations Agent)

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is hiring a Guest Experience Expert in Doha, Qatar, to support room and guest services operations. This is a full-time, non-management position based onsite at Um Al Saneem Street. The role is focused on creating a stay that feels personal, seamless, and memorable for every guest.

What You Will Do

Rather than handling only check-in and check-out formalities, this role is about shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure. You will take the lead in assisting with guest needs, handling operational tasks, completing reports, and sharing helpful information about the local area so that each interaction feels like part of the overall experience.

You are expected to act with initiative, move freely around the property as needed, and respond to requests in a thoughtful and efficient way. The position requires a hands-on approach and a strong focus on service quality throughout the stay.

Success in this role also depends on maintaining a safe workplace, respecting company policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, safeguarding company property, and consistently upholding quality standards. Professional standards for uniform, appearance, and communication must be followed at all times.

The job involves being on your feet for long periods and physically handling light objects, including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable duties may also be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is necessary for this position.
