About the Role

Cloud Spaces is looking for a driven Guest Relations & Back-up Sales professional to join its Riyadh team. The position is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting sales activity, and helping run day-to-day office operations in a high-end coworking setting.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s premium service standards.
  • Assist the Center Manager with sales efforts, membership renewals, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Handle client onboarding, daily check-ins, and follow-up communication to support a smooth customer experience.
  • Track and manage leads, support upselling efforts, and keep CRM information up to date and accurate.
  • Step in at reception when needed to keep front-desk operations running smoothly.
