HR Coordinator

Role overview

Marsh is hiring an HR Coordinator in Dubai to support day-to-day human resources operations across Marsh UAE. This opportunity is designed for an organised, proactive early-career HR professional who wants practical exposure to the full employee lifecycle while helping deliver efficient and responsive HR services.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to HR Managers.
• Help manage onboarding and exit processes, including paperwork, coordination with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers, and ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
• Keep employee files and HR systems accurate, up to date, and handled in line with company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Draft, revise, and circulate HR letters, forms, documents, and reports as needed.
• Handle employee questions and route requests to the right HR contact or escalate them when appropriate.
• Assist with employee lifecycle matters such as contract amendments, personal information updates, internal moves, and probation monitoring.
• Work with internal teams to support HR workflows and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Help arrange interviews, meetings, and employee communications.
• Monitor HR tasks, follow up on pending items, and keep work moving to completion.
• Support adherence to UAE labour law, internal HR procedures, and audit-related requirements.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements when required.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Suitable for entry-level or early-career candidates; fresh graduates with HR internship experience or related exposure are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities, follow established procedures, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Previous exposure to professional services or a client-facing HR setting is an advantage.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, or employee relations is preferred.
• Awareness of UAE labour law and local HR compliance practices is a plus.

Work model and location

This position is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid working arrangement. Marsh expects colleagues to work from the local office or onsite with clients at least three days each week. Office-based teams will also have at least one anchor day per week when the full team meets in person.
