Role Overview
Wayvida is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead core human resources activities, with a strong focus on operations, recruitment, and people management. This role calls for someone who can handle complex HR challenges, support hiring through digital channels, and help build a healthy, collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide leadership to the HR function.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through social media channels such as LinkedIn.
- Manage payroll-related compliance activities, including PF, ESI, and TDS.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen morale and retention.
- Support the development of a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address HR issues effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
The role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in human resources, along with proven leadership capability and sound judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important, as is hands-on experience in talent acquisition, digital hiring methods, and HR software tools.
