About the Role

We are hiring a practical, people-focused HR & Operations Manager to support a stock-lot shoes and footwear trading business in the UAE. This position combines human resources, office administration, and operational oversight, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring for warehouse and logistics teams. The person in this role will help keep daily work running smoothly across departments while fostering a compliant, well-organized, and positive workplace.

Human Resources

  • Take charge of core HR processes such as attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll coordination, and compliance follow-up.
  • Address employee concerns and workplace disputes in a balanced, practical, and resolution-driven manner.
  • Lead hiring for blue-collar roles including warehouse staff, helpers, loaders, and drivers, covering sourcing, screening, onboarding, and paperwork.
  • Keep employee files updated and manage the timely renewal of visas, contracts, and identification documents.
  • Assist leadership with performance reviews and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Build, update, and enforce HR policies while ensuring alignment with UAE labor regulations.

Operations Management
