Role Overview
Motherson Technology Services Limited is hiring an HR Recruiter Intern to join its Chennai office on a work-from-office basis. This internship is intended for candidates who want to build a long-term career in talent acquisition and recruitment. The position involves supporting the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-up.

Internship Details
- Work location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in office
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Interview format: Walk-in drive

What the Role Involves
The intern will assist the recruitment team in identifying suitable talent, managing screening conversations, coordinating interviews, and keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process. The role also includes supporting hiring events, maintaining recruitment records, and contributing to employer branding and job posting activities.
Additional Information
This opportunity is designed for candidates interested in recruitment and talent acquisition. A full-time role may be offered later depending on performance during the internship.
Eligibility
Candidates pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources are preferred, ideally from the 2026 batch. Applicants should bring strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes, and a willingness to learn. Exposure to MS Excel, MS Word, and online job platforms will be considered an advantage.
